Welcome to our 2010 season!

Running in the USA

The Ames Impact Track Club wants to welcome back our past athletes and say hello to our new ones. We look forward to another great year of track and field.

Remember we coach athletes between the ages of 6 and 18. And although only athletes aged 8-18 are qualified to compete beyond the state meet in June, participation in track and field is an excellent training opportunity for people of all ages. We believe track and field activities are great conditioning tools for athletes engaged in other sports.

Our professionally trained coaches will teach your child the proper methods of running, jumping, and throwing to minimize injuries and to maximize results.
